LIBRARY ASSISTANT
Wycliffe Hall is seeking a Library Assistant for a one year fixed-term position (part-time, 0.6 FTE) with possibility of extension to a permanent contract. The post-holder will undertake a range of front-line desk and customer service duties to ensure continuity of the Hall's high-quality library services. They will work under the general direction of the Librarian while prioritising their own workload on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision. The post holder may also act as a point of reference for library volunteers.
Hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
Contract: Fixed-term contract for the first year, with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.
Place of work: Wycliffe Hall, 54 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6PW.
DBS Disclosure: An enhanced DBS will be required.
Closing date: Applications are to arrive by 12 noon on Friday 21st February 2025
Interview date: Interviews are to take place at Wycliffe Hall on Wednesday 5th March 2025, including a 10-15 minutes practical test.

CAMPAIGN MANAGER
As Wycliffe embarks on a significant capital-raising campaign to launch to the public in 2026, we are looking to hire an experienced project manager. This is a permanent position, as we seek an individual willing to commit throughout the campaign and beyond.
Hours: Ideally, a full-time role; there is flexibility, however, to consider a more part-time role for a suitable applicant.
Place of work: Wycliffe Hall, 54 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6PW. There is some flexibility to support appropriate home working although the expectation is that this role requires regular on- site presence.
Closing date: Applications are to arrive by 12 noon on Monday 24th February 2025.
Interview date: Initial interviews are likely to take place at Wycliffe Hall on Monday, 3rd March 2025. Further interviews may be scheduled as required.
